If your product has a manufacturer's defect, just let us know and we will repair or replace it. Warranty not valid for commercial use. Shipping fees apply for replacement.
You must register Expandable Garden Hoses within 2 weeks of Purchase to take advantage of our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.
The Warranty is for the original purchase only. Replacements are not covered by Warranty.
Elk and Bear reserves the right to change the Warranty at anytime
When making a claim, you must provide your Amazon order number. Only hoses bought directly from Elk and Bear are under warranty. Please ensure your Amazon cart says, "Sold by Elk and Bear and fulfilled by Amazon" Any product purchased for a sale price greater than 50% off are not covered by the warranty.
